Move in and start growing right away

Because we at the PSE know what it is like to be a Start-up, we have made it possible for you to get up and running as quickly as possible. Modular workspaces can easily be expanded or reduced, IT resources are scaled up or down to meet your needs, and lease conditions are flexible. Outside your office door, the buildings are designed to maximize informal contact between you and your neighbors, because sometimes great ideas happen in the corridor over a cup of coffee.

The PSE site

You are probably wondering what the PSE site is like. The PSE comprises four buildings of four levels each (buildings A, B, C and D), totalling 13,000 square metres of office space. As a resident your Start-up has access to conference rooms with a capacity of five to eighty people. Buildings A and B have studios and chemical and biotech laboratories.

Incubator zones

If you have an idea that still needs some thinking through - but need a space to do it properly - consider using one of our Incubator zones.

Entrepreneurs using an Incubator zone have up to six months to do pre-Start-up activities such as feasibility studies, recruitment of talent, raising funds, and so forth. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you wish to learn more about the Incubator zones.
